Shipping policy

Every Stonewhistle instrument is made to order, by hand, one at a time. Because of this, there is a current waiting time of roughly 2–4 months before your instrument is ready to ship. We'll keep you informed along the way.

 

Where we ship: worldwide.

 

Shipping costs:

• Within the European Union: free.
• - Outside the EU: the exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout, based on your destination and the size and weight of your order.
• - Local pickup: you're welcome to collect your instrument from our workshop in the Netherlands, free of charge (coffee or tea included).

Import duties & taxes: Orders within the EU have no import charges. For orders outside the EU, you may owe import duty and/or local VAT or sales tax. These charges are set and collected by your own country's customs, are not included in our prices, and are usually paid to the carrier on delivery, so we're unable to tell you the exact amount in advance. Our instruments fall under tariff (HS) code 9205 90 90, which you can use to look up the rate for your country.

 

Once your order ships: when your instrument is ready, it is carefully packed and shipped with tracking, so you can follow it on its way to you.
